You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Better Choice Transport, LLC.
You may also contact us directly at 216-688-9584 to request removal from SMS communications.
After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your request. Opting out of SMS messages may prevent you from receiving transportation-related information by text. You may continue to contact us by telephone or another available communication method.
