It was my first time calling, I have been looking everywhere for wheelchair accessible transportation. I was unaware that it was only medical transportation. The guy on the phone was very rude. I didn’t know anything about the services they provide and when I asked he had a passive agressive answer. This is an excellent Transport company. I've ridden with 7 of the drivers and 6 of them were totally courteous, friendly, professional and respectful. The one exception, I reported to Mark, the owner. When I called Mark, he was with his mother, who was at the hospital, in Emergency. Mark took my call anyway and apologized for his driver's behavior, and promised me, he would take care of it because he demands and expects the best from his drivers. What I appreciate most is the security and care these drivers offer for medical appointments which can be highly stressful. This really is a better choice when searching for a transport company. Mark from Transport had everything running smoothly for my 99 year old dad being transported from a rehab center to his new facility.
